To better serve you and your patients, MountainStar hospitals in several communities, we offer centralized outpatient scheduling. Our specially trained teams can schedule most radiology procedures in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. We will add additional diagnostic services at more of our hospitals in the near future.

Here is one of the key benefits of our new centralized scheduling service; we will obtain pre-authorizations for outpatient tests and procedures scheduled at our MountainStar hospitals (for insurance plans that allow us to do so). In order to offer this particular benefit, we may request additional information from your office; specific clinical documentation for example.

Along with making it easier to schedule appointments for your patients, we believe that our new centralized service will provide the following benefits:
