There are a lot of diet approaches out there and often times the claims of "best diet" often contradict one another. In this class we will focus on the pros/cons of two major styles of diets: high protein (low carb diets) and ketogenic diet (high fat and protein), and vegetarian or began diets (little to no animal proteins).
